Fast service and great people! I took my car in after getting into a small accident that messed up my front alignment. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in less than 24 hours. Russel was great and helped me understand what was wrong with the car and how they planned to fix it, all while being very transparent about the price. Super grateful for Russel and everyone else there who helped get my car fixed up, and me back on the road!

I do work on my own vehicles and have for years had Brake Check (now Brake and Tire Check) align my vehicles afterward. I have also had them flush brake systems, and Russell and his team have always been available and able to do what is needed. Russell has been very good about pointing out other issues and is agreeable to work with me on steps forward.

I've never in my 16 years of driving had a flat tire but thank God it happened by this conveniently placed break tire check. I know nothing about cars or anything to do with them except pray, turn it on, and go so I am extremely grateful that RUSSELL was there to help. Russell was able to get me in and out of there quick which was very much appreciated since I just got off along overnight shift of work. Had this place not been so close I would've been stranded more than an hour away from home so thank you so much guys!!!

Previously had my brakes and rotors replaced, which was painless! Today, had my husbands pickup AC issue resolved. Cannot say enough about how great all these guys are!!! Hubby kept putting off getting his AC in his truck checked out for 2 years. Finally took it to Brake Check on E. Ben White. They did thorough diagnostics on it and had the truck cool as a cucumber after a vacuum, changed the expansion valve (culprit!) and refilled it in less than a couple hours! If we have any more issues we’ll definitely be back! Special shout out to Russell (Mgr) and to Greg!!!

I chose Brake & Tire Check to get my car’s alignment done because of their affordable prices listed online, but their top notch customer service + the technicians’ vast knowledge & transparency (with pricing & informing me of what my car actually needed, rather than unnecessary upselling) + overall kindness & helpfulness is why I will continue to choose this location every time from now on. I was surprised at how they returned my finished vehicle so quickly, considering how busy they were, and yet the techs still went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle had everything needed to drive safely. I would recommend this location, Congress & Ben White, to anyone wanting a dependable, affordable, honest car repair shop.
